YouRooms Spain S.L. informa que, por motivos de seguridad, algunas de nuestras instalaciones están dotadas de sistemas de videovigilancia. Las imágenes captadas serán tratadas conforme a la normativa vigente (Reglamento UE 2016/679 y LOPDGDD 3/2018), con las siguientes finalidades:
• Finalidad: Garantizar la seguridad de personas, bienes e instalaciones.
• Legitimación: Interés legítimo del responsable del tratamiento.
• Conservación: Las imágenes serán conservadas por un plazo máximo de 30 días, salvo que se produzca un incidente que requiera su conservación para fines judiciales.
• Cesión de datos: No se comunicarán a terceros salvo por obligación legal o requerimiento de Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad.
• Ejercicio de derechos: Puedes ejercer tus derechos en materia de protección de datos enviando un correo a hola@yourooms.es, indicando «Videovigilancia» en el asunto.
